I just started the whole exercise thing. I started with counting my steps through the day and doing some intentional steps off and on throughout the day. Today I found on you tube a 15 minute Start Quick and Easy with Leslie Sansone so I thought I would give it a try. This is something I can do and work up to doing more and more so I would say my goal will be to do the video at least four days a week to the best of my ability. I'm not sure how I will track it but I am excited to join in.0
