Oh my gosh I cannot believe it has been so long since I posted! Holy Smokes!! Even though I have not had a chance to post, I am walking a lot, especially up and down stairs (which is why most 4 and 5 mile days tend to be followed by 1-2 mile days! :laugh: ) I am purging 42 years worth of accumulated stuff! Do books makes babies??? I swear I have far more books than I ever bought! :grumble: And, when did I ever have time to do all the knitting and crocheting and sewing that I seem to have all kinds of needles, hooks, yarn and fabric for??? I found patterns for those super-wide, very LOW rise (read how did they stay up?) bell bottom pants that all of us of a certain age used to feel were the height of fashion!!! My goodness time flies as it seems like all of these things were a lifetime ago! It is kind of fun to visit that other life and it involves a lot of walking thankfully.
Welcome to all the new walkers and 202 pinktogo I am sorry I have not been here in a while so I just saw your request. I will go through my collection and put together a list of Leslie's DVDs that have a timer on them, but she has not been doing this in her newer videos. She tends to only announce the miles.
My 2nd half semester online class started on Thursday, so my miles will probably not add up as fast from now to the end of the month, but I am still hoping to make my goal-grading or no grading!!!!
