OK 30 days in November but I need to change this up a bit. I have not been doing my PT AT ALL, so gonna make that worth two points, see if that motivates me :# - Also the scale is giving me a hard time, so gonna try for a weekly bonus point if I see a loss.

Goals for November 1st

1. Log all food
2. Stay under calorie goal
3. At least 135 grams of protein
4. Minimum FOUR servings fruits and vegetables
5. Do PT exercises
6. Drink at least 6 liters of water
7. Be in bed, screen free by 11pm
8. Make one phone call before work to set up meeting with snow plow company
9. Run one errand after work
10. Swim 30 minutes and do aquafit

    I had to bump up some extra points for it to make sense that my PT is worth two.....which I don't have time to do today because I slept late!
