Yay November, I am going to aim for 200 points and would love to add to my little gift card collection saving up for my mix master.
Goals for the 28 repeat of yesterday
1. Log all my food
2. Drink at least 3 bottles worth of water
3. Hit protein macro
4. 30 minutes of activity
5. Take my meds
6. In bed electronics free by 11 pm
7. Work on my crochet project
8. Fold and put away the last of the laundry x
9. Clean out the pile of stuff in the corner of my bedroom x
10. Deal with the donations x
7/10=189/200
