    OK, I made the big scene in the September sign in, but I have to congratulate you again. You have done an outstanding job, PLUS being half way home.

    August Goal: 321 lb

    Weigh-ins:
    Week 1: 08/01/2013 - 335.8 lb
    Week 2: 08/08/2013 - 335.8 lb
    Week 3: 08/15/2013 - 330.4 lb
    Week 4: 08/22/2013 - 328.8 lb
    Week 5: 08/29/2013 - 325.5 lb
    Final: 09/01/2013 - 324.8 lb

    I didn't quite reach my goal, but 11 pounds is 11 pounds. My big mistake was basing my goal on last month's performance, where I had "first month" weight loss going for me. I will set a difficult, but more realistic goal for next month, and then I will reach that goal.

    Congrats again to everyone who reached their goals for this month, especially dward and demarii! You big losers!
