And now crossing the goal line: leanz, sufferlandrian, vhuber, sussexbythesea, and future_rockstar! Way to go!

@sufferlandrian - nice job making goal. I hope you make your 3,000!

Have a great day, folks! I'm feeling pretty good for someone who ran 18 miles yesterday.
Awesome job Janet! You long distance runners truly amaze me!!!

@Janet - If I ever say I ran 18 miles, ask where the bear is.

@Chris - You got this! 6 miles to go and you're there!

@k80flec - running 50 miles in a month? That's really impressive. I know you'll knock out the last 1.1 miles this weekend.

@vhuber - How's the weather down there? Looked like you guys were going to get clobbered with cold and snow. Not a good combination.

Adding 10 miles for 191 for the month and 2991 for the year. If it's slow tonight I'll knock out the last nine in the Pyrenees with google maps.

Well i made my goal for the year of 2017 miles and it was nice that I was able to do that and have (as you can see from above) a pretty low key December. Totals are: 787.80 miles walking/running, 1184.47 miles biking and 54 miles on the elliptical. Need to up my walking/running on next year's schedule, but other than that, I am pretty ok with these numbers.

Happy New Year to my fellow @ss Movers!!!

I was going to add my "Go Dean, Go!" to the mix, but apparently you went. Nice job, Dean :+1:

After taking a slow, easy week and trying to rest my Plantar's Fasciitis (which was an Achilles Tendinitis all year) I'm adding 1.5 miles of walking and running laps before and during HIIT class. Hoping the heel behaves so I can decide on registering for April's Tar Heel 4 mile race while the fee is only $30

Also congrats to both @SUFFERLANDRIAN for surpassing his annual goal of 3,000 biking miles and @LISAH8969 for reaching her mark of 2,017 miles! Way to go, Dean and Lisa! :drinker:

@KAR328 - Sure hope your PF clears up fast! That's no fun at all. :disappointed:

Only a couple of days left to get your miles in for the month! No matter the distance left to make goal, FINISH STRONG!!!
