    Sorry guys for not being on here as much as I want but now I have to track two diets one is medical related not mine. I did however record my food for today and hoping to continue that path. I also did read all the notes that everyone put down. I think I will be a bit more in control if what goes in now. I will have to eat at separate times from my son so as to not distract him from his own diet. Im excited and nervous at the same time.

    Off on a seniors outing tomorrow, I plan to have a light breakfast, then split my lunch (bring home half for dinner.) Yum, mediterranean!

    Down 0.4 pounds. Happy with that as I hosted ladies gatherings at my house, 1 on Saturday afternoon and 1 on Saturday evening and although I put out fruit and veggies I also put out munchies and sweets and I ended up eating the junk food in the days before and after the gatherings as well as the day of!

    Need to lose 0.7 pounds more to get back to my December 27th weight (152.9 pounds).

    I guess I should be grateful because on Tuesday I was back up to 175 again but this feels like a bummer. I know I’ve been slacking and eating mini cupcakes and making brownies so I guess I need to refocus this month and start making healthier choices again. I probably have shoulder surgery in my near future because my left arm is completely useless so I might as well do what I can while I can!

    Good walk late today. Still fast.

    Wanted to get prescription inserts for my FPV goggles, but my optometrists script is incomplete (uncorrectable left eye - legally blind in that eye, so no script for left and no PD measurement). Will need to book an eye test to get a new (complete) script. As I am long-sighted, stock negative diopters will not work. I need +2.75 for distance and +4.25 for reading (for my right eye). There is wonky astigmatism in there too.

    I don't have access to my own scale at my parent's house.Plus my mother is cooking and baking all my favorite foods here.Learning to make few new desserts/dishes. Thus finding it difficult to control but still trying.I will return home in Detroit next Friday or Saturday.Enjoying my stay here definitely.Thanks.
