Every year our district has members of the Missoula Children's Theatre come in and put on a play with kindergarten - high school student. This year's play was King Arthur's Quest and we did two shows yesterday. It's great for our small community but I'm glad to get back on a normal schedule.
Kudos to your husband, my late nights were just for one week.1 -

Well at least it made it back down .2. I was down at 226 but have done a lot of extra exercise and had a sodium heavy day Saturday. Needless to say yesterday morning I was up at 229, so I'm just glad it moved back down to at least show a loss. I expect a higher loss next week when I lose this water weight though.4 -

Hope everyone is doing good. I am still seeing awesome losses. I have been drinking my water but that is about it. This weather is rather depressing and my motivation is lacking to exercise these days. I do remember why I started this and I will find my focus again. Hoping to .be back in onederland Friday. Trying out a new exercise routine- two morning a week of strength training and 3 morning of cardio. I am limited to 30-35 minutes , but it's better than waiting until the evening and then blowing it off!!1
