I've been a little out of pocket lately. What are we tracking with the group on daily check-ins? Water and Exercise?

@bisonpitcher We are keeping up with the water (if you choose) and then posting our exercise or active minutes!

Not a huge jump this week but that's ok, still went down right? We went to Ruth's Chris for our anniversary dinner, so the food and drinks didn't help on Saturday lol.

96 oz. water. 1 mile walk for exercise instead of lifting since I'm fighting a pretty nasty cold.

    This week is total plop.
Buses not turning up including the school bus to pick up the kids to bring them home.
Now an IBS flare up thanks to adding stupid raw beetroot to my salad yesterday. So todays visit to the grandparents is cancelled till I'm well again. So sorry if I gain this week, it's been a poopy week but just minor things nothing big like some of you are dealing with right now.
It's typical as it's nice today too.

    Week 3
    Weigh in day Thursday
    LW 238.4
    CW 235.8
    -2.6

Keep up the great work everyone! We can do it!
I wasn't sure how this weigh in would go after the big birthday bash we had this weekend. But I stuck to my meal plans, did some workouts! :) Going to try mounted shooting this weekend, something neither my colt or myself has done.

Sorry guys I wasnt able to update last night on my exercise, My husband and I went out to dinner which we only do every few months and then we took our dog on a mile walk around the lake we got married at! The snow was up to my knees so it was quite the workout, it took us 45 minutes just to do the mile lap! I didn't have time to make it to the gym after that so im hoping to make it there tonight!

Aw that's sweet. I bet that was a workout though lol

    Jan. week 3
    Weigh in: Wednesday
    Previous weight: 192.6
    Current weight: 195.2

This has been a dreadful week. We had to put our much-loved dog to sleep last week; we lost another dog right after Thanksgiving and another dog in January 2017 -- three dogs in 12 months. It's been brutal, so there's been a lot of stress and emotional eating (mostly emotional drinking). Here's hoping to get more centered for the last week of the month.

I am so sorry for your losses. Pets become a big part of families.
