    @kar328 and @clepant - Thanks for your suggestions. I have made some adjustments to my mini challenges and added some (participants were not happy that I had 3 weeks without an extra challenge!). Some of your suggestions would have been awesome for me since i do them already, but that meant I couldn't add them. The drawback to running the challenge...some of these may be any easy one for others as something they do already, but I can't put in a challenge that i know I already do. Que sera sera.

    1/8 - 7 miles
    1/9 - 10 miles
    1/10 - 6 miles
    1/12 - 10 miles
    1/13 - 6 miles
    1/14 - 9 miles
    1/15 - 7 miles

    97/175

    3 mile run this morning. That plus my bike ride Saturday night puts me at 69/75.

    Where's my Dopey bling? I have a confession: I don't know how to add pictures or gifs or anything. That's why you've never seen one from me. But I'm going to try. Maybe, maybe I can figure this out.

    Hey Dave, did you see this?

    Happy Monday, Everyone.
    Are you talking about the football game????

    It's either the football game or another really stupid tweet from Trump.

    LOL! You could be right about that, Dean, but I'm pretty sure it was the final play of the MN Vikings football game she was referring to!! SKOL VIKINGS!!! :smiley:

    =============================
    SPREADSHEET UPDATED TO HERE

    See (but not edit) the
    spreadsheet here:

    =============================

    @DJMICHEALS - LOL!!! And I'm pretty sure I was one of those people that said it too!! I was screaming so much I almost lost my voice! I'm not even really a sports nut of any kind....but there's lots of years of heartache from being a MN Vikings fan .... not to mention some bad blood between the Vikings and the Saints from when they had the bounty out for anyone that injured our Quarterback, then Brett Favre, and they succeeded thereby ending that year's Super Bowl run GRRRRR ... but there was a lot of frustration freed in that single moment. :smiley::+1:

    @MYBESTTUTU - No worries! I must've read it right because I had the right number on the spreadsheet before you added the more recent total. :)

    @JANET - THAT IS SOOOO AWESOME!!!!! I'm really glad you figured out how to add a picture because that so totally deserves to be displayed for all to see!!!!! :heart: :drinker: :flowerforyou:

    107 km - goal 400 km.

    Initially thought I'd strained/torn a hamstring so was having a few more breaks etc trying to rest it and in the end I had no idea as that didn't seem to work. Went to a physio and only needed 2 physio sessions and good to start running again. It was my lower back I dont do any stretching and my back was extremely tight and it seized my hamstrings. Lesson learnt I need to stretch.

    ... over half way to goal (just). Getting back into the swing of things now - slowly but surely. Enjoying the mix of walking/jogging/biking — makes a change from ‘just running’! Now if I could just get my good eating habits back on track I would be sorted!!!

    The six Dopey medals!! I'm proud to point out that the lanyard for the Dopey medal itself says "perfect" on it to show that I've done all 5 of the Dopey challenges.

    That is so awesome! I wish we got medals for cycling events

    After leading two classes a night I have found my legs to be a bit tired the next day! Did get in 3 miles on the treadmill and 3 from the ex bike.

    @power0304 - I'm so glad you figured it out. And lesson to all of us who don't stretch enough.

    I rode my bike into town yesterday doing errands and that puts me at 77/75.

    @vhuber: Talk about a workout machine girl! You are really movin' your *kitten*!
    @Dean: Like your comment. My first guess was Trump and not football. I guess because the Steelers blew their game.
    @Janet: That is some really nice bling!!!! You never stop amazing me! Awesome job! I would have no legs left after the Half. I have this on my bucket list once I retire in June.
    @power0304: Glad to see that you got issues resolved. Stretching is very important.

    Didn't log in last night. Came home feeling crappy and went over to shovel the neighbor's driveway out before the temps fell out again. Just crashed on the sofa due to sinus issues and an upset stomach. Thankful for a two hour delay this morning. Looks like we are going to have flooding again on Saturday or Sunday due to a rapid warm up for two days. Our weather is so crazy.
    Will log todays miles later tonight.

    Jan. 16: Adding 13.75 miles of walking 5.75 miles and x bike of 8 miles

    Sorry about mileage above. It would not let me edit. Apparently I was so excited about Janet's accomplishments, I upped my miles illegally...lol.
