And now we have karid1114 cruising past the goal line!
ETA: I was too soon to congratulate myself on being able to post gifs. I can attach an image but I can't make it move I'm not as smart as a 5th grader after all.

@k80flec - this is your challenge and you can set your goal anyway you like. Some people like to set a stretch goal that requires them to really work. Others like to set a low goal so they don't feel stressed about meeting it. We're not here to judge.2 -

Speaking of Medicare not covering iron for pregnant women, my insurance would not pay for the knee brace nor physical therapy when I had my knee surgery this past spring & they were both prescribed by the doctor!!. They just called me about paying the knee brace on Friday because the account was outstanding from trying to negotiate with insurance whom never responds to their request's! I know it's asinine!!
I'm adding 11.5 miles. Mainly from ex bike & also on foot!
We went bowling with 4 other couples last night & that was fun! I won the second round & surprised myself!! LOL

Oh sure you are smarter! Some gif's just do that. It usually doesn't happen to me here, but I have a bunch of great animated gifs that I've collected and when I try to post them on Facebook, they're still as a rock. lol And I have no clue why. I doubt you're doing anything wrong. It's just a computer conspiracy.

We were in lock in all day today because someone called in a threat to a school in our area. I swear, I am going to start packing.
Vhuber: That stinks about your insurance.
Janet: Love Minnions, animation or not.
Keep the drive going folks. You can do it.

@clepant - I don't get what the country is coming to when kids start shooting kids. It seems like it's happening more and more. I don't understand threatening schools either. The only threats to schools we had when I was young were when someone didn't want to take a test. They always got caught though because sooner or later they would brag about it.0

... adding a few miles covered over the last few days ... passed my goal for January last night.
Definitely worth including all miles and not just running miles as I spent more time at the gym then normal (usually it was go for a run either outside or at the gym and that was it - but now that I am including all miles I spent some time on the bike and other gym equipment too which made a break from the ‘norm’ - which was nice).

@belle_74 - Miles are miles. Whether you put them in on a trainer, the road, or the treadmill, miles are miles. Definitely include them.3
