@Dean, great post & how true!!!
@clepant, ohhh how uplifting is that???

My day was a mover. Walked 2 miles this morning after getting mail, cleaned out two vehicles ( the mats were filthy from rock salt used on sidewalks for ice), made dinner for church youth group, walked 3 at the walking & weights class AND then did Tabata class. My heel is sore tonight but its been doing so well with Epsom salt soaks, the golf ball massage & wearing KT Tape for class along with heel cup inserts.

And that's GOAL for @MYBESTTUTU and @SUFFERLANDRIAN!!! CONGRATS!!! :drinker:

@KAR328 - Thank you so much for the kind words and the virtual hug.

@CLEPANT - You are so right....what other choice do we have but to deal with it and accept it as our reality. What other choice do we have? No good ones anyway... I just wish I'd stop being tested to see how much I can really take. And the compliment you received from your student and his mother made me a little misty-eyed. How beautiful was that to hear?

@VHUBER - Wowsah! You amaze me...you're an activity machine! :drinker:

Yesterday (1/25) was crazy. Got my house cleaned, went to chiro, went to give blood but got declined due to low iron, dropped a big box of canned soup to the food bank, had a meeting set up for a new client @ the fitness center but she cancelled, got in my 3 miles of walking class & weight lifting and then took in the H.S. boys & girls b-ball games. Got home about 11 pm. For some reason I was dragging today & did nothing but laundry!!! LOL

Getting down to the end of the month!! No matter where you are in relation to your goal, it's no time to let off the gas pedal right now!! It's time to floor it and just see where you can end up!! :drinker:

@vhuber - Guess you'll have to eat more steak. Got declined one time for a physiologic arrhythmia. They sent me to the doctor who said, "You're just in really good shape so your heart rate varies with your breathing. They just aren't used to people being in good shape." I'm sure your low iron is just because of all the exercise.

@ Huber: Just reading about your day wore me out.....phew! I would be dragging after that day. I was anemic once and they said I was so low that I should be crawling on the floor. They kept asking me if I was tired. I Celt perfectly fine. Now they don’t like my last two cholesterol levels. My good is very high and my low is low as well as good triglycerides. So now that it pulled my total out of range, I suddenly have a problem, along with a low heart rate. Duh....I am a runner.so even good results are suddenly bad. I agree with Dean, about your iron.

It was a balmy 52 here today....but more rain coming. I guess it could be snow.
Jan. 26: Adding 12.5 miles of walking 3.5 miles and biking 9 miles.
    TTD: 298.25 miles
