Hope your PT goes well and you feel better.
I am obsessed with my Fitbit and love the sleep report it give me, but I am supposed to wear hand braces to bed, I can’t do both, sometimes I take the Fitbit off, forget the braces and sleep with neither lol! One day soon I will have surgery on my hands and will not need the braces and will never have to take my Fitbit off1 -

January 12 - I am not sure where I put my motivation I had in December, but I am not doing good in the logging and monitoring my foods, though I have completely quit carbonated beverages
