    I ended up working on other things in the house and didn’t get my spare bedroom and Christmas stuff cleaned up

    Today I can actually start my PT, I was so sick at the beginning of the month that I could not lay on my back without choking half to death!

    Do you usually take your fitbit off to sleep? Why?

    Today I can actually start my PT, I was so sick at the beginning of the month that I could not lay on my back without choking half to death!

    Do you usually take your fitbit off to sleep? Why?

    Hope your PT goes well and you feel better.

    I am obsessed with my Fitbit and love the sleep report it give me, but I am supposed to wear hand braces to bed, I can’t do both, sometimes I take the Fitbit off, forget the braces and sleep with neither lol! One day soon I will have surgery on my hands and will not need the braces and will never have to take my Fitbit off
