3. Take all my meds and vitamins
4. Log 6000 steps on my Fitbit, I need to start increasing this
5. Drink 64 oz water
6. Sleep with my braces on - surgery April 6th for my right hand x
7. In bed by 12 am
8. Spend 20 minutes doing something relaxing besides tv
9. Clean out the pantry
10. Vacuum all the couches and stairs x

I am so glad Jan is over lol
I had a really rough start to the year, literally first day of the year came down with a cold, then the flu, that kept me out of the gym for over a week, first day back, injure my foot and DR puts me off for another week. Then two weeks later have another injury - it was just a bad month for me
I am looking at Feb 1st as my New Years do over lol0 -

Thanks I did I got 6/10 yesterday too! But I got here really late today, way less time to check my cell in the new job
It would be nice to have a few others join!!! Not many people around these days.0 -
