    Pretty awesome, you guys who stayed under your calories on super bowl Sunday! I unfortunately did not. At least I don’t think so. I got so busy cooking and cleaning then eating and talking (hosted a party at our house) that I just can’t go back and log now. Oh well! @HASWLRS we will try again tomorrow!

    We're all grateful for our families and our friends. But we often don't give ourselves the same consideration. What are you grateful for within yourself?

    Today I am grateful for the ability to recognize that I have the power to change my circumstances. I can decide what I want to do and then do it.

    You weighed in the day after the Super Bowl and you didn't post a gain. I'd say that's a win! Just be CONSISTENT this week and the scale will move for you! (See what I did there?!)

    I would have to say that I am grateful, that at age 51, I can still do many activities that I love to do. I just need to schedule the time to do them, because to stay active means you have to BE active!

    Well, we had no one make the Winner's Circle this week, but we had four notable efforts!! @karynclarke and @primekayprime consistently put in a notable effort or beyond each week, but @GardenMama129 and @RinsenRepeat have achieved this status for the first time!! Nice work to all four of you!
