            Hey guys I just wanted to give you a heads up:
 If you check out the spreadsheet, thank you @Djou11 for explaining btw! and you see a starting weight that looks different than what you posted it is because of this:
 This current week, week ending 2.10 is the first week of the challenge for FEB, a few of you logged your weights before this, so anyone who weighed in FEB 1,2,3 that will be your starting weight.
 I know this sounds a little confusing if you have any questions ask!1

            Must have been right about the water weight. I was flushing water like crazy all day yesterday. I weighed in 5.6 lbs lighter this morning than yesterday morning. Sorry it was one day late for team weigh-in this week. Hopefully next week will be better.3

            Hey guys! I'm new to this group and challenge. I weighed in last week at 323.6. Thanks to some poor choices and some major bloating, I'm up 1.8 lbs this week at 325.4.

            @tomedog wow thats alot of water! good for you! i try to keep mine between 80-100 and its hard, but i feel so much better when I get all my water in:)

 Tomorrow is my weigh day:/ little nervous, I stayed on track but I don't think i am eating enough, I have lost 6 weeks straight I am worried this might be my flat liner week.

 Sorry everyone. I’ve been in a slum. I’m going to start trying again to stay in my calories and drink my water. I promised myself I wouldn’t see the 190’s ever again once I got out and I’m keeping that promise to myself. I will make myself check in each day about my water. I think that may help me.  I indulged a bit this week enjoyed a bit of a sonic Oreo blast, chicken tenders, spicy noodles, guacamole, Taco Bell, chipotle, and Indian food.
 It's all about portions though limited myself to 3 tenders, did finish the noodles, made guacamole with only one avacado didn't have seconds, had fries at Taco Bell with the cheese sauce, made sure to not overindulge in the Indian and ate it within 3 days. I enjoyed my chipotle bowl over 3 days. Only ate on cup of the sonic blast gave the rest away. I could've eaten it over the new day if I wanted, but felt like sharing.
 I've never calorie counter, and just relying on portion controls. I've also been working out, but I was thinking I'd gain weight possibly this week, so this number is a surprise. Weight is fluctuate, so maybe this week it may be a 0.5 loss which I'm okay with, or no loss at all.3

 I know it's not a big drop but I'm pleased. Last week I pulled a muscle and haven't been able to workout. This week I plan on adding some light cardio back into my routine but will have to give it another week before I can ease back into some strength training.1

            Ok team, I am sorry I haven't active very much. Thank you for still posting and staying active. Friday we had the funeral for my Nana, so I spent time with family. Saturday was my birthday, turned 43. I got to see my oldest son and grandchildren who live in Ohio,so I enjoyed that visit. Today, went to my grandsons wrestling match. He is only seven but his elementary school has a wrestling team, unheard of and very interesting. Seen my husband off, he went back to TN and I am staying at my dad's in Ohio just to take some time for myself. I will get to go to the gym almost everyday with my brother so I am hoping to see a drop in my weight. Everyone is doing great. Keep staying hydrated. Have a blessed night.4
