Hi team,
I was actually at a deficit this week, but I ate a lot of middles roday, and icecream. It's all about self control, and I didn't have it today. I'm not going to worry if I gain weight tomorrow on my weigh in day that's okay I have another week to try to lose the weight again.
My focus on my workout this week was strength training when I used to just do cardio which helped me with my weight loss. Now I think I'll do a combination of both.1 -

Not to my goal of 6-8 lbs, but considering how much I cheated my diet I'm glad to have lost at least some, hopefully next month I'll have more sucess. Good luck everyone!
