I had to take the weekend off from everything. My grandson came down sick in school Thursday. Wednesday was a snow day and I have had him since. By Friday night we both were miserable. We couched surf most of the weekend. He is still home from school one more day and I feel much better today. I did over do it this morning and this afternoon so I am resting again on the couch.1 -

Week 2
2/8 Cardio Core walk with Jessica Smith from Walk On and later today did Jog and Jive and Pumped Up Pace from her 5 Mix and Match Miles
2/9 The 4 Mile Super Challenge... miles 1 and 2
2/10 Walk Off Fat Fast 20 minute workout and 21 minutes of yoga
2/11 Strength and Stamina - Kelley Coffey-Meyer, WAPT Walk Strong, 30 minute walk and firm with a stretchie band.
2/12 Walk On by Jessica Smith 6 Mile Mix, Miles 1 and Mile 4.
Goal met for the week. Hanging up my walking shoes for a bit.

2/4 Leslie Sansone Burn 30, Did back exercises including 40 crunches & planks, did push-ups, did triceps dips. Ended up the day with over 10,000 steps on my fitbit.
2/5 Leslie Sansone Firm 30. Not a lot of walking...
uh oh... skipped a few days..
2/9 Walked 30 minutes. Ended up with over 10,000 steps.
2/10 Leslie Sansone Burn 30. 10,000 steps.
2/11 Leslie Sansone Firm 30

Friday I had time before meeting with a friend so I did the walk it off in 30 back to back, burn then firm. Saturday was my "rest" day; Sunday was Leslie's 3 miles of the "Miracle Miles" system; Monday was the "Burn" section of WIOI30 and today will be the "Firm" portion.6

So I did a mash of Jessica Smith and Leslie today and got just under 9,000 steps.3

2/13 Leslie Sansone Firm 30. Used 5 lb wts. (much easier this 3rd time).3 -
