2/4 Leslie Sansone Burn 30, Did back exercises including 40 crunches & planks, did push-ups, did triceps dips. Ended up the day with over 10,000 steps on my fitbit.
2/5 Leslie Sansone Firm 30. Not a lot of walking... (used only 3 lb wts)
uh oh... skipped a few days..
2/9 Walked 30 minutes. Ended up with over 10,000 steps.
2/10 Leslie Sansone Burn 30. 10,000 steps.
2/11 Leslie Sansone Firm 30 (used 5 lb wts. Was totally exhausted, very sweaty, & shaking afterwards. Nauseas too. Thought I'd overdone it. Was actually scared. Felt awful afterwards.)

Every time I do this DVD for a month, I experience this same problem in the beginning. I am not sure what weight you were using before the 5lbs, but I went from 3 to 5 and it was AWFUL! My husband got me 4 lb weights and it was much better. For some reason I need to go up a pound at a time with this routine until I get to 5 lbs. After 5, it is not much of a problem. That might have been the issue for you too. I am glad it has resolved though because it is a frightening feeling that is for sure! :explode:

35 min at the Y today. It's warm and raining today. The snow is nearly gone on my property but that also means water is leaking into my basement. Ugh, really regret not getting the gutters up last fall.

Well done @zichab for getting back to walking 3 miles and working up toward the super challenge. That was also my goal when I had been back into the walking because it is my ultimate 4 mile workout to work up to. I'm so happy that you are feeling healthy again!!
@debbieled12, chair yoga class is an amazing way to get back into exercise while dealing with health issues. Hope that you get to feeling well again soon.
@PinkyPan1, glad that you and your grandson are feeling better now. Yes, lots of icky germs out there.

I'm sorry that I was not here last week. I had been really busy getting ready for, and enjoying family visiting. I wanted to give the room that the grandchildren play and sleep in, and serves as the adult's guest room also, a deep cleaning and decluttering to get ready for them. It had been on my list so this was a good time to get started with it. I took a large load to our local Goodwill store to bless others. Yay!
I'm all done in that room now except for the closet, which is mostly reorganizing and tidying up, with perhaps some decluttering. We shall see.
