145.0 this morning at 4:45. The walking gods tapped us on the shoulder last night and said...you get to walk in the morning...late R&B pick up. However, the germ gods smacked me in the nose and said...you get to catch R's, DDD's &SIL's cold. Zinc and more zinc...maybe it won't be too bad. :o <--me coughing.

Walking, trainer at 12:30, taxes at 3:00.

It was cold but sunny here. Not bad for WY. It should reach 50 this weekend. A tropical heat wave. :)

145.2 at 5:00 this morning. Windy and cold yesterday. It was our day off walking. Today will be a challenge. Early R&B p/u, trainer at 1:00...walking after that, maybe. Temp gauge says 31.4 degrees outside right now...that's below freezing...EGADS!!! Mount Diablo has snow on it from the rain a couple of days ago...pretty gorgeous!!

176 today. My fat clothes are polyester and generate electricity that makes my hair float and stick to everything. Yuck yuck yuck!!!!!

Chris I hope you fell better soon. Two of our kitties caught a cold (not the people flu thank heavens). And it's supposed to storm tonight. Stay warm!!! :flushed:

Shell, we lose our little fur-babies - but it never gets easier. Nice you could see your people-babies.

    Take care sisters,
    Paula

Funny how cold weather means different things to us. Paula keep them two warm. Our kitty has become a snuggle bum since it got cold. She hates the cold. I bet when the weather gets nice she will be outside all day!

144.8 this morning at 5:00 a.m. :# Hope it is a real number...

I'm rootin' for you Paula. Clean out all cupboards and the pantry and make this Day 1 of your streak.

Supposed to rain until 10:00 a.m. then turn to light showers until 3:00...hope we can walk after R&B are picked up at 1:15. DH took pics of Mt. Diablo w/snow on it...will try to get the pics from him and post one or two for you to see. Impressive.

Day 38 for me. Yesterday was really hard, but I made it through. Hoping for 142.8 by the end of March. That might be askin' a lot, but we'll see.

Come on, my friends, we can all do this.

Sorry to claim it's cold here, Shelley, when there's probably snow on your lawn. :noway: I tend to be colder in California than when I lived in Colorado, because I don't think "very cold cold cold" and prepare for it.

I used to think getting to 169 would be a snap, kept getting there on the end of a bounce. But today was a new high 176.5. Chris, my problem isn't in the cupboard, rather it's too much good food. And I don't usually emotionally eat, but last night I did (tuna).

I know I need to crack down. Got to get those 7 Arithromancy points for our "most haunted house" award!

Mt. Diablo snowed on!! It rained this morning...couldn't even see the mountain for the rain clouds. Might have more snow.

Claim away Paula. I so understand. For you it is cold. And yes, we have a foot of snow trying to melt away right now. I also need to crack down. Next week I am going to claim vacation. But working hard this week. But my scale was not working today! Grrrrr

I was 149.2 yesterday. Was hoping to be in the 148's today. But no, the scale turned on, then I stepped on, and NADA.

Chris love the photo. I am rootin for you also.
