So sorry to hear about your crappy week <3 We have our bad weeks and good weeks. I was eating too much too during our CNY reunion lunch and dinner. So, let's go back up onto our OMAD wagon and try again this week :):+1:

    /HUGS!
You can TOTALLY do one pound per week. If not, I know you'll give it your best shot :)

We all slip up because hey, we’re human. But you’re holding yourself accountable and starting again - that’s what counts.

BTW - so THIS is your thread! I don’t know how I missed it. I’ll start reading from the beginning.

Hi y'all finally feeling better but man it has been rough....

OMAD going great ---made some really good avocado and broccoli soup for dinner last night with a warm and toasty grilled cheese.....so good........

I haven't felt like spinning recently so I need to get back on track with that in a big way........My standing desk came in for work and I am loving that......not sure how many additional calories you burn by standing, but hopefully some :)

    Stay happy :)

Great news! And a standing desk will burn a few more calories for sure, but the bigger benefits will be in your back and core. Did they get you a mat to stand on as well? Because it’s aaaallllll about the mat if you want to use it for long stretches.

That is a great picture. I have a standing desk and a mini elliptical at my desk that I use throughout the day. I also take walking breaks and fidget a lot, so I am hitting a good bit of the tasks.

    Happy Monday Ya'll

Well I think I truly live in Seattle, more rain has set in here and supposed to last until Thursday.....We did get about an inch of snow on Friday which was fun :) but now, more rain.......We could get 6-8 inches before done......it is so miserable.......

Anyway ---OMAD on :) weekend was 2mad, Saturday a local hibachi place and SUnday was pizza :)......Tonight I am making a chicken enchalada bake and will do my best to remember to take pics :)....I suck at that mostly :).

Did weigh on Friday and down another pound.......I am just adjusting to the fact that is about all I will get now due to being closer to my goal.....Still managing to spin at least 30 mins per day five days a week........And water....lots and lots of water :).....

    Hugs <3

    Hi Ya'll :)

Today is my Friday and I have a four-day weekend coming and can't wait......
I ended up weighing a day early and dropped a pound. I think one pound per week is my new norm, and I am okay with that. I can totally tell I am building muscle with spinning as well as some toning, and that is cool.....but of course selfish me would like 2 lbs instead :) oh well.......

Nothing big planned for VDAY weekend, we had a date night last week......we have been married super long, so a nice quiet dinner away from the boys is always super fun :)........

Here is my man of 29 years and counting <3

Ya'll have a great weekend with your significant other........

Super cute couple...You both look so happy. congrats on the 1 pound loss. The 1 pounders add up quick and before you know it, you will be hitting your goal. Good job hanging in there with the spinning, you are building muscle and toning for sure. Have a happy Valentine's Day!!

    Thanks ya'll :)

Weekend was fun and crazy....My youngest had a huge issue with his eye.....after a trip to the walk-in we were sent to the ER. Turns out, he had a chalazion in his eye (it is liked a blocked oil duct) super gross and painful.....he is recovering on steroid eye meds, and we see the specialist in a couple of weeks to see about it getting removed. He had this when he was little and apparently they can come back....kinda weird 10 years later it returns, but anywho......Saturday in the ER not so fun :(.......We did end up eating mexican after so it was a nice end to the crazy day..... <3

Sunday we did our Pizza dinner and then Monday we went to a local Italian place for dinner....soooo back on the OMAD train now....flushing out all that salt from the weekend...... :#

I am spinning for at least 30 minutes five days per week, and it feels amazing....burns a lot of calories too but I don't eat them back usually......I did weigh this morning and have already dropped a pound.....so I guess slow and steady for me as these last 22 pounds slowly (oh so slowly) :# go away.....

Stay strong ---and be nice to YOURSELF you are amazing, and beautiful <3
