sorry guys forgot to add what i did
I do 15 mins weight lifting machines , 20 minutes on the treadmill just started jogging but can only make it 1 minute at a time walk most of the time but getting better , 20 minutes on the elliptical with resistance set to 4 , was doing a 1 so brought that up
and i also do the bike for 20 minutes at resistance at 10 and speed 10.0
