Yesterday, @LoraineGB and I were communicating about body weight exercises. She mentioned that she owned a Bosu. I have no experience with a Bosu, but I am intrigued. One of the great things about Youtube.com is that you can find videos with instructional training for any fitness concept you might like to learn.
Here is one on beginning Bosu https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sru6_VqmjAc
It's only 2 minutes in length

The BoSu is a very versatile piece of equipment, if you haven’t already used one, I definitely suggest trying it out!

@RangerRickL @LoraineGB Thanks for this. I was reading LoraineGB's post yesterday and wondering what a BoSu was and if it would be a useful addition to my very limited equipment (a yoga mat and some very very light weights. I will read with interest. I really need to start doing some body weight training, but don't really know where to begin, so thanks again! Have a great day.

The bosu is great, I use them for cross training. Wish I could have one myself but they are so expensive, so I stick to the gym.

    Pass #3

So is it that you can pass 3 times but if you pass a 4th you're out?

Or is it you're out on your third pass?

Pass day #1. Too too tired to log today. I did so much excercise. Cooked for straight 4 hours and volunteer work.

Calories under I believe but no tracking today

Exercise: yes, simple 20 min walk
    Tracking: yes
Calories: yes* I'm still not completely over being sick, i have been feeling so weak. It's clear that I've needed to up my calories until I'm back on my feet, I feel so much better and clear headed when I eat a bit more. Hoping that I'm back to normal next week.
