    I nearly screwed up my very first day! I have a little bit of a sore throat and used a cough drop and almost didn't think to add it to my food diary! Whew. I would have been embarrassed to have to take a sick day/mulligan for a cough drop!

    Welcome to new team members!
    Let me introduce you to the February team members who thoughtfully accomplished these UAC rules:
    1) They had no more than 3 Pass Days ( a Pass Day is any day in which you did not accomplish the rules set forth in the discussion cell above)
    2) They ate and drank less calories than their own chosen calorie limit
    3) They actively exercised a minimum of 20 minutes per day
