Happy Monday ya’ll! Time to start another great week. Busy day yesterday. Made some chicken stock and noodle soup, beef stock (reduced down a bit too much, oops), vegetable soup, and ground some wheat flour to make bread this week.
Track: Of course!
Calories: Yup and way too low but was so busy that forgot to eat. I actually thought I ate a lot but my calories was way to low and my scale let me know it this morning by being up .3 lbs. gotta make sure to eat my calories today.
Exercise: Nope

really good weekend for me. I usually lose focus and make really bad food choices. Today is Monday and I feel like I am on a great track for the week. I am not having to make up for screwing the weekend up! Exercise might be difficult for me this week. My husband is out of town so farm duties fall to me for the week. Hope everyone has a great day!2 -

This has been a very rough weekend.... .and it's starting to spill into my week.
It was exhausting and I got very, very, little sleep/rest all weekend.
So today I am in zombie mode, and trying to do as many mindless tasks as possible, while at work. I will probably go over in calories today, but I will make sure to track everything.
I am so tired, that right now all food translates to me as "things to keep me awake". And since I am ridiculously exhausted..... I want to eat all the things.
I won't. But I want to.5 -
Had a full day of eating out - brunch and dinner was Korean bbq. But I did go to orangetheory Sunday morning and burned 654 cals! Eating wasn’t too bad - had a healthy breakfast and snacks. At brunch, I had half a strip of bacon, 2 pieces of popcorn chicken with scrambled eggs and 2 mimosas. Dinner, I ate grilled pork belly and beef ribs. Overall the key for me today was planning ahead and moderation. After all was said and done, I was only over my 1200 daily calorie goal by 59 cals and I actually had a lot more to spare given the workout.
Despite all that, I lost another lb for a total of 7.4 lost!
Track: yes
Calories: over but under if you count the cals burned during workout.

I came back from Canada last night from my grandmother's house. Of course she tries to feed me everything lol but even though I didn't track I don't think I was crazy over my calorie limit. Kind of sad because I lost my MFP login streak but I'm going to look at it as a fresh start. Maybe it will help me make March like January. I'm feeling really motivated today so it's going to be a good day I think!4 -
Hi all! Sorry I haven't checked in before, but we lost power during a storm, and then my birthday was yesterday. I just turned 40 and am determined to get in the best shape of my life! I had my 20 year high school reunion 2 years ago and have been slowly gaining since then. I am up about 35 pounds. I had lots of goodies for my birthday, so this week might not be a loss.

Travel today cross country but did well with packing protein powder and almonds. Worked out this evening and ate a nice local dinner but managed to eat with moderation. Worked out and burned 706 cals today. Food consumption was over my 1200 daily limit by 39 without deducting our the 700+ cals burned from exercise. Feeling good and motivated to keep going!

Exhausted...... baby girl is sick and had a lot of trouble sleeping, so neither of us slept much at all. Spent most of Monday morning in a brain fog and slightly dizzy from sleep deprivation. But still managed to get some work done. Food = fuel to keep me awake.
So I ate. I stuck to my snacks, and didn't go crazy with high calorie foods. So that's my little NSV. But I still went over by almost 800 calories.
Oh well. I was too tired to care. haha4
