    Happy Monday everyone!

    Daily Post for Sunday:
Track: No but I am back at it today
Calories: I'm not sure because I didn't track.
    Exercise: No.
Water: Around 50 ounces I believe.

    Comments:
I came back from Canada last night from my grandmother's house. Of course she tries to feed me everything lol but even though I didn't track I don't think I was crazy over my calorie limit. Kind of sad because I lost my MFP login streak but I'm going to look at it as a fresh start. Maybe it will help me make March like January. I'm feeling really motivated today so it's going to be a good day I think!

That's right stay positive we don't worry about yesterday what happened yesterday we just worry about today and live in the moment cuz today is the only changes that we have control over rooting for you

So true. Why worry about yesterday? Take that energy and put it into making today better.

    Daily Post for Monday:
    Track: Yes. Everything.
Calories: Over. But I know what the culprit is. And I'm not letting it happen again today!
    Exercise: No.
Water: I think around 50 ounces.

    Comments:
I have my meals planned out for today and I plan on sticking to it so today I should be under. I need to work on the water intake though!

Hey guys-here's your Question of the Week:

What is your favorite vegetable or fruit?

    Question of the week

    Fave veggie. Cauliflower or cucumbers
Fave fruit. Definately raspberries. However. Ever tried dragonfruit? In the summer I cut one in half and mash all the fruit inside to a slush. Then pour a shot of vodka over it. Lol. Not the healthiest but so good.

Today has been a mixed emotions kind of day with most of the day just wanting to cry. But I am proud of myself for not eating anything and everything that I could get in my mouth.
    Tracking Yes
Exercise Yes 12,450 steps+arm weight training and intentional walking up and down the stairs at work this morning.
    Calories Yes Under
    Water 64oz.

I applaud you as feeling those emotions will definitely make me eat to. But finding a new habit or activity when you feel like that will help as well. I color or knit.

    Daily Post for Monday

    Track: Yes
    Calories: Not even close
    Exercise: barely....
    Water: 112 oz

Exhausted...... baby girl is sick and had a lot of trouble sleeping, so neither of us slept much at all. Spent most of Monday morning in a brain fog and slightly dizzy from sleep deprivation. But still managed to get some work done. Food = fuel to keep me awake.
So I ate. I stuck to my snacks, and didn't go crazy with high calorie foods. So that's my little NSV. But I still went over by almost 800 calories.
Oh well. I was too tired to care. haha

At least you stuck to being healthy so even if you went over it is not on empty calories.

Ah, found you guys. Sorry...it's been a bad week.

    Question of the Week:

What is your favorite vegetable or fruit?

Favorite fruit is Bananas! Eat them not as much as I'd like to these days but they are awesome.

Favorite Veggie: Hmm...drawing a blank on this one. Nothing that makes me drool or anything so I'm going to go with a good fresh romaine or red leaf lettuce. They make amazing salads.

Gah... I just opened my browser to find my daily post for tuesday sitting here unposted lol. It's nothing exciting even, but..
    Daily Post Monday
Day/Goals:Season has turned rapidly, from a heatwave barely 10 days ago, it maxed out at 18deg Celcius (not cold but definitely chilly) today.
    Track: Yes
    Calories: Yes
    Exercise: not much
    Water Intake: Yes

Fruit and veg.. Honestly, If i didn't have such a problem with fruit and veg, I don't think I would be the size I am. I'm actively saving up for some hypnotherapy to try to do something about it. With few exceptions, veges range from flavors I don't like to flavors I just can't even swallow without choking..
But anyway, after much thought, I'm going with Onions and Tomato's. Onions only just pipped out Potatos. :)

About to jump in the car and drive a couple of hours away to another town where I have a little red truck parked up at my fathers house. Plan is to service all the brakes and wheel-hubs in preparation for taking it over to my property and using it for A: a slide on tiny house and B: general farm duties.

My favorite vegetable is the artichoke. I simmer them for 40 min. and dip each leaf in lemon butter sauce as well as the delicious heart!
My favorite fruit is mango. Here in Mexico, they are plentiful and delicious. I love all fruits and vegetables though!
