I told you it was a bad week. I can tell my cravings are starting to subside because I was over my calories today but not near like I was a few other days this week. On the bright side, I promised myself I wouldn't go back to the 190's once I was out and I have not broken that promise. It's been since December 22nd that I was in the 190's. I keep going from 185 to 182 back and forth over and over again. I need to focus and push through. Seeing everyone's positive energy on here whether gain or lose make me not want to give up. We got this!

We are all in this together. There's gonna be bumps in the road (sometimes big ones) but we gotta brush it off and get back on track. If it was easy, everyone would be healthy and at their ideal weight.

I totally lost control today... I was at a baptism (that turned into a surprise wedding of the baby's parents, which was really cool) and I just.... ate all the cakes. I totally binged.
