@PinkyPan1 @AnnofB @Deeder522 thank you! I've been feeling pretty sore today, but thankful it wasn't worse. Used a heating pad off and on today. Felt some better tonight and had to get my legs moving, so...
I did a gentle 1 mile - the WaH Mile 1 from 3 Fast and Fun Miles. I just didn't do anything with my upper body.

Oh my gosh VeggieGirl I am so glad to hear you are OK and were even able to walk a bit tonight. Accidents are so scary and have you notice that the most soreness comes from the thing that saves our lives most of the time-the seatbelt! And I amost did not do my workout tonight becasue it is Chopped night on Food Network! Nope, more like the mid-west coast. I'm right over in Grand Rapids. I'm less than 30 min from Lake Michigan.0 -
I can't sit still! Still having some back pain, but I needed to get up and move.

I Grand Rapids because Trans Serian Orchestra does a concert there virtually every December. I TSO!!! :laugh: From things you have said before, I knew you were west of me and much closer to Lake Michigan than I am. This was the first day it has not snowed in a over 5 days!!! Ontario has had a lot as well-and Canadians are complaining about it on Instagram. :noway: When the Canadians are done with snow, you know it has gone on too long!

5K Walk with a Twist
Counting this as a 3 mile since I don't normally count tenths. I tried using my arms, but have pain when raising them above my head or pushing out in front. I'm glad I could modify this walk easily. (Doctor appt on Monday for my back pain.)
So far I'm at 32 of 80 miles for the month. I know I could make this goal if it weren't for the car wreck. I'm still going to aim for it!2 -
@VeggieGirlforLife : I think you're doing just fine. Have you ever seen a Chiropractor? I see one regularly and when my husband had a car accident he went in the very next day to make sure everything was in the right place.0

Yes, my appt on Monday is actually with a chiro. I didn't want to say so because I've been attacked in other forums by supporting people's decisions to see a chiropractor and discussing their education. My chiro has been amazing. I haven't seen her in awhile, but I called today and she got me in for Monday to check things over. I had Xrays in the ER, but they didn't see anything. I could just be out of alignment.

Thanks Pinky! Last week, my Dean mentioned that I should change my email picture at work since the one I was using was before I lost so much weight. When I changed it, I realized that the picture on here was also before I dropped the weight. Strange that I did not change either of them. Oh my gosh, if you get a chance go see them. They are phenomenal in concert. They travel with a full orchestra backup and it is amazing to hear live. Of course, they always are telling a story with the music so the performance it a total show. I have seem them twice in Grand Rapids, MI and we have already checked out the venues they play in NY. When we move back there in a year or so, we need to know where to go to get our TSO fix! !!

Accident update: Chiropractor did a full exam and is very concerned I have a spatial issue with my neck as I cannot lean my head back in a straight line - it goes back and rolls to the side which made me instantly dizzy. She is sending me to my reg. doc for Xrays with movement to check for ligament damage. She was able to work on my upper back and shoulders which are very sore tonight, but feel better than they did before I went in. No lifting or twisting allowed yet.
So tonight I only got in 1 mile - the WaH Mile 1 from 3 Fast and Fun Miles
