3 miles ~ 5K Walk with a Twist
I wanted to do 5 miles tonight, but I just couldn't fit it into my time schedule. I'm going to fall a few miles short of my monthly goal due to the injuries.
@Deeder522 I noticed there was a new one tonight! I'm glad you checked it out and let us all know what it includes.2 -

I'm at 74 out of my goal of 80. Can't believe I'm so close! I don't know if I can get 6 miles in tomorrow, but I'll see how I feel. I think I've been pushing it the past few days. My back is really hurting. No chiro appt until Wednesday.2 -

Didn't know there is an immediate reduction in monthly mileage goals if you have an accident? I think a car accident's reduction is 5 miles. With that, I bet you can make you adjusted monthly goal.

I love checking out fitness DVDs from the library! Great way to test them out. Looking forward to hearing about Leslie's Burn to the Beat and your opinion of it. Haven't had a chance to try that one.

@zichab , it seems to be working great for you to work out in the evening. Great insight into how to make our exercise times work with our natural body rhythm, or our schedule, for planning when we will be most likely to actually do it. I really like your new profile pic! You are sure putting in the miles!

I am so sorry that I haven't been here to post hardly anything this month. Some of the month was really busy for fun reasons like I had my grandchildren here and some out of town family. The rest of the time there was a lot going on here. I could whine (wine) about some things, but then I'd have to go find some cheese to go with it :laugh:. I did 38 DVD miles and 979 minutes of exercises including the Leslie mileage times in March.
