And we're celebrating another ginormous achievement...@ANACONDA469 has achieved her Lifetime MYAC 20,000 milestone!!
I got some miles in at the gym this morning and I'm back on track for making goal this month. I've been dragging just a bit behind most of the month. Feels good to close the gap somewhat!

@clepant - What a lovely thought but I couldn't accept anything either. The only thing I want from you is your continuing support as I try to stay fit - which you already give so generously. Besides - once you retire we may recruit you as an admin. Dave and I are getting forgetful LOL.1 -
Wow! Congrats to Anaconda!
I went for my first run since the half marathon on Sunday. Just an easy 3 miles, but it felt great. I am so blessed. I did not deserve to run so well last weekend, nor to feel so good today. Why am I so lucky? Now at 87/75.1 -

WoW!!!!! I haven't checked in a while. Its incredible I have hit that number I never thought I would see a number like that!! Thanks everyone for being here and being supportive

As for me, I did a 3 mile run this morning. Not as good as yesterday - my legs felt heavier - but I got it done. I need to exercise more and lose some weight.1 -

Yesterday was a beautiful spring day and I was able to get 6 miles in on the bike path. Lots of traffic on bikes and on foot so it was a little tricky a few times but loved the time outdoors. Not feeling quite as good today and it is COLD again, so I only managed to force 4.25 miles out of myself.
April total 66.75 miles. I was hoping to meet goal tomorrow but I will settle for squeaking in on the 30th.
