    April 28: Adding 10.75 miles I think I have another meniscus tear in the right knee so it is no running and back to cycling again.

    @Dean: Sure hope you get some cat or dog naps in this rotation. Did you ever get another vet or are there no takers?

    @Janet: Only one photo so far and it was from a parent at the start of the taping. Not great quality but here goes. I look like the tin man from Wizard of Oz.

    My accomplishment for the day was riding my bike to church. If I get the energy I'm going to tackle organizing my digital photos which are threatening to swallow my computer.

    @clepant - love the photo! you do indeed look like the tin man. The students are awfully cute.

    3.5 miles walking/running outside. I was going to run, but didn't have the best leggings on for it (keeping the jiggly parts still) so I did intervals. It's gorgeous out and I made sure to run up some hilly areas.

    A parent sent me this YouTube of her son teaching exercises. He is in one of my second grade classes. She does this with all his subjects. He teaches something so he can learn. How awesome!

    10 on the ex bike & 2 walking brings me to goal but its the packing & moving of my sons family that makes me worn out! They have finally sold their home (on the market for 1 year) so we are getting the final stuff out & storing in a big cargo trailer & the garage stuff will be stored in one of our farm buildings. They now can purchase a new home so that means MORE moving & unpacking!

    170/170 - Thank goodness! I have a meeting at 3 today which will most likely be a long (and very useless) one so I might not get to the gym tonight.

    I was listening to Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me on NPR this weekend. At the end of the show, they have a lightning round. One of the questions was..."In (I forget the name of the town), Texas, they had a race for underachievers that was a _______ 5k." The person guessed "beer", but the answer was point! LOL! There's a race I can get behind!

    Adding two miles. Part of that was during Boot Camp. You sprinted around the track while your partner walked and you switched when you caught up. it's all fun and games until your partner decides to fast walk it, making you run longer distances :naughty:

    Goal!

    I finished out April with 69.43 miles.

    This past week I've been stepping whenever possible and had a lot of help going between visits to the gyn, neurologist, imaging center and oh so many visits to Walmart.
