@clepant The hospital I just left had marked trails in the halls you could find on the website. They even included stairs. My old unit was shaped like a rectangle and 20 laps equaled a mile, so I'd do that when I had some downtime.

12 miles with my crazy bike club last night. We had over 100 riders last night. Can you imagine? Every bike covered with lights.

I have some parts ordered and once I get them on, the Silver Bullet will be ready. In the meantime I have the Daffodil Classic coming up next weekend. So I am taking the mountain bike with the semi slick tires. I ride it quite a bit on the road, its the bike I started this challenge on. Will be up in the Mt Rainier foothills. Weather will be totally crappy anyway, so my Trek MTB gets the wet work. I turned 61 yesterday, I just don't feel it though. Must be all the cycling I do

New hand grab handles in the bathroom today for my Dad’s return.
@kar: I saw the same at the hospital. I did stairwell and floors yesterday and today as my dad is on six. It was a good workout.

Just got home from seeing Grease in the movie theater. It's the 40th anniversary so TCM is playing it briefly in a couple of theaters. I was 14 the last time I saw it in the theater It's one of my all time favorite movies, I know the dialogue, lyrics and it was a nice way to spend two hours on a Sunday.
