    @SUFFERLANDRIAN - LOL! Yes, yes, I do....way more often than I care to admit. :smiley:

    @TAXMOM9093 - Hang in there!!! The finish line is near!!! :drinker:

    #CALLIOPE610 - Nice moving there! :+1:

    asaewrda3owd.gif

    Well, I did it. I finally felt well enough to get back to the gym and do some stretching, situps, and 6.0 miles on the stationary bike! :blush: It didn't feel as bad as I feared, but my rear end thought that seat felt like a rock. :)

    If you don't hear from me for a few days, then the blizzard weather prediction came true and we're buried up to our ears in snow again. lol Happy Friday the 13th!

    @sufferlandrian For me it would be ice cream, or chocolate, so yes, definitely. Had a patient a while back who was 92, we were talking about our love of chocolate and she said she was trying to cut back and lose 10 lbs. Not me, if I make it to 92, I'm going out a big girl.

    Adding 1 mile

    Anybody else have one of those weeks where you just want to say, "Screw it. I'm just going to die fat with a chocolate éclair on my lips."

    Amen....lol. Until today when I saw my video for my principal of me teaching my class. One look at my backside put me back in Move Your *kitten* mode.

    @Leanz Thank you so much.
    Did another couple of runs and I'm now at 28/60K. A mile takes me a slow 13:50 mins to complete, I'm working on 13 min miles

    @leanz - Puppy! So cute! I want a puppy so much since my male lab died a couple months ago, but I don't think my old girl would appreciate it.

    @cpanus - no trouble logging in here.

    @sussexbythesea - welcome home!

    @Dinos - I ran the same pace as you yesterday. I went out meaning to do a long run but I just couldn't get going. It's ok. As long as we're moving.

    I agree Dean! My down fall is anything SUGAR! Right now it's chocolate covered almonds from Costco.
    I truly believe the sayings "you can't outwork or outrun a bad diet" or "Abs are made in the kitchen".
    Been busy prepping for a major paint job in our house. The office is now ready for the first coat tomorrow. We have popcorn ceilings & I scraped, mudded & primed these past few days. But I found sometime to walk with my fur babies for a mile after it quit snowing & the wind went down yesterday & today was 12.5 from ex bike.

    Next week it might warm up. :expressionless:

    4.4 outside miles, ran 2, walked the rest. The wind was pretty strong and it was 80 (sorry Dave) so I didn't run as far as I hoped. But it was really good to be outside. I just hear the rain hit, hoping to get outside and read a book on the balcony. I'm skipping Yoga with Weights today.
