I think the running app really helped this week! I also gave up cheese for the week and I’m feeling better. I love it and was using it as a source of protein and a way to get calories in, but I think I was overdoing it. Very happy with this week!!3 -

The April Grande Finale.......drum roll please......
The Biggest Loser, and the Winner for the month of April is our very own @MelsLeanDream!!! (virtual confetti streaming down, virtual champagne corks popping!) Congratulations, Mel!! You had a 6.91% loss for the month, and 15 pounds gone!!
As a team, we placed 2nd for the month; 0.21% behind the leader. Well done, team!!

Was it a twenty minute walk? For this challenge, it has to be something that gets you off the couch and active for twenty minutes, and not necessarily deliberate exercise. It could be vigorous housework or gardening. Or, as an example, Mel works the night shift and is walking all night long. That counts, too.0 -
