    Results for April Week #4

    Overall, in third place last week was @MelsLeanDream with a loss of 2.88%!! Well done, Mel! Rounding out the top three Big Butts are @HASWLRS with a loss of 2.09% and @murdog3t, with a loss of 2.02%!!

    I think the running app really helped this week! I also gave up cheese for the week and I’m feeling better. I love it and was using it as a source of protein and a way to get calories in, but I think I was overdoing it. Very happy with this week!!

    Was it a twenty minute walk? For this challenge, it has to be something that gets you off the couch and active for twenty minutes, and not necessarily deliberate exercise. It could be vigorous housework or gardening. Or, as an example, Mel works the night shift and is walking all night long. That counts, too.
