Hello everyone. I am sorry I haven't checked in for a couple of weeks. My sister was here visiting from the states so I just wanted to spend as much time as I could with her. She has gone back home today and I’m feeling absolutely heartbroken. I will be getting back to my normal schedule soon. Today I start logging again and Monday workouts will resume. I’m happy that I was able to maintain my weight during her visit here but I’m so ready for the weight loss to resume. Fingers crossed it won’t be too hard getting back on my healthy routine. I hope you are all well and I am looking forward to seeing all of your updates. Sending you all much love.5

I am so happy that you had a wonderful two week visit with your sister!! Of course you're sad that she had to go! If you start logging your food tomorrow, I think by Monday you will be ready to start working out again!0 -
My back feels better today, but last evening, I was tired and home alone and hungry and I blew it...big time!! Hoping I haven't completely wrecked my week for weigh-in tomorrow! I hadn't weighed myself this week, so I have no idea what the scales should say, or will say when I step on them!3

Years ago I took a step class at a local gym and I loved it and missed it a lot when we couldn't afford our memberships anymore. So lately I've been using my Wii balance board and the extender that raises it about 6" to do some of the steps and routines I can remember. I also use my 1 lb hand weights. According to my heart rate monitor it burns about as many calories as a Focus T25 video and I can do it while my kids watch TV or play, or I can watch a show myself!2 -
