    Goal or Improvement for the next day: What area do you need to do better at or work towards in your journey. Or maybe it was a great day and you just want to repeat!

    I've been sick for 3 weeks now. Starting to feel better so hopefully I can start working out again. And get better loses.

    I have been very active the last 3 months and trying to get others to participate. Unfortunately, this month I have been inactive. I'm still here and going to do weigh-ins. Hoping to become more active. My mom took a rough turn, and I'm spending all my time with her.

    Super busy yesterday, so had no time to be on the forum, but weigh in as normal monday morning. Was a bit sceptical bc a large bbq on sunday, but turned out ok.
    Need to drop a total of 1,5lb next two weeks to reach my goal for may.
    I manage to get my four weightworkouts a week, some runs, and my pushup/pullup challenge done ( today I will do 36 pullup and pushup, tomorow 37 etc.) Goal is to reach day 60...

    My son and I have been sick, so I've had no energy for anything. Feeling a little better today, hopefully get back to it.

    I am loving the warmer weather and adding to my morning treadmill walk by walking around the block in the evening when I get home from work. A twice a day exerciser-the new me! i like her!!
