    23rd: 9 miles, 4.5 m running, 4.5 m purposeful walking - MTD 141.25
    24th: 4 miles - MTD 145.25
    25th: 12.75 miles,6.1 m running, 6.65 m purposeful walking - MTD 158.0

    I’m not entirely sure, but I think Under Armour forced a new page of advertising whilst I was doing this post .... I don’t think I clicked on anything!!
