Sorry for the late post! Work is really taking a toll on me. I'm very short staffed and have been working 70-80 hours a week for the past 3 weeks. The gym and I are now strangers.
So, so sorry to hear that work is taking a toll on you personally! Those are very long work weeks! Is there any light at the end of the tunnel? I know you love going to the gym, but since there is no time right now, you'll just have to try to reach your calorie deficit with food. Yes, it will require some planning and some will power, but it can be done! Even if you aim for maintenance! I'd hate to see all your hard work go quickly down the drain because of this work situation. (hugs)
No light at the end of the tunnel for a while, but this week shouldn't be as bad with work. Yes meal prepping will have to be my go to because I have to get back on track. Thanks!2 -
