    Yesterday was my big shopping for the next couple weeks. I was going to just have a rest day after that but my oldest decided to go for a walk after dinner since it wasn't too hot.

    Sorry for the late post! Work is really taking a toll on me. I'm very short staffed and have been working 70-80 hours a week for the past 3 weeks. The gym and I are now strangers.

    Your weigh-in day is Saturday, which is the last day of week #1. If you wait until Sunday, you will have missed your week #1 weigh-in. Is there a reason you can't weigh-in on Saturday?

    Made the bad decision to splurge on calories during vacation. I have to get back in the groove of healthy eating. I tell you it’s hard even though I have been exercising and haven’t gain this past week it’s important to watch my nutrition. Trying to stay focus :(

    Slowly, yes, but it is going in the right direction!!! I am assuming you will be visiting Disney World while you are in Orlando? Have you visited the States before? What a great vacation to plan for and look forward to, and a great motivator to keep losing weight!!

    Exercise: spent an hour weedeating my parents yard for them. What a work out! Holding that thing up is better than strength training. Lol also 30 mins biking this evening.

    Sounds like a couple of great yard maintenance workouts!!!

    Exercised yes. 40 min insanity 40 min weight train and 20 min abs work out plus walking. Feeling proud

    You should feel proud...those are some great all over body exercises. Way to push yourself!! And you have been right on target with your food!!

    So, so sorry to hear that work is taking a toll on you personally! Those are very long work weeks! Is there any light at the end of the tunnel? I know you love going to the gym, but since there is no time right now, you'll just have to try to reach your calorie deficit with food. Yes, it will require some planning and some will power, but it can be done! Even if you aim for maintenance! I'd hate to see all your hard work go quickly down the drain because of this work situation. (hugs)
