Sorry for the late post! Work is really taking a toll on me. I'm very short staffed and have been working 70-80 hours a week for the past 3 weeks. The gym and I are now strangers.3 -

Made the bad decision to splurge on calories during vacation. I have to get back in the groove of healthy eating. I tell you it’s hard even though I have been exercising and haven’t gain this past week it’s important to watch my nutrition. Trying to stay focus4 -

Under calories: no 😭 I was way over today. Skipped breakfast and didn’t eat something until 1pm and of course by then I just wanted to eat everything in sight.
Exercise: no. I really wanted to do more tae bo tonight, but it’s been a busy and stressful day. Tomorrow is weigh in day and I’m just hoping the damage of today won’t be to bad 😭😭😭

So, so sorry to hear that work is taking a toll on you personally! Those are very long work weeks! Is there any light at the end of the tunnel? I know you love going to the gym, but since there is no time right now, you'll just have to try to reach your calorie deficit with food. Yes, it will require some planning and some will power, but it can be done! Even if you aim for maintenance! I'd hate to see all your hard work go quickly down the drain because of this work situation. (hugs)3 -
