    Had a really, really bad week. So sorry team, I'm recommitting myself this week, started today off by going to the gym first thing.

    * Injured my knee on Wednesday and it is still quite swollen. Looks like I may be more of a hindrance than a help in this round as I can't do any exercise for a while. Anyway, hopefully the swelling will go down this week and I will try and concentrate on my diet for the rest of the month.
