Good to see a loss this week. Now next week will be tricky because i am going on vacation and I tend to fall off the wagon on food choices, but I do plan to keep up with my exercise. Not sure if I will be able to check in when I gone but will try.

Not a big gain, but I know Ive been pretty bad lately as far as staying on track with my calories. I’ll be starting to get more cardio in since I got the O.K. To use the gym at my work, and will be doing 30-60 min of it after my shift compared to the 1-2 times a week I have been on my days off.3 -

I'm at the same weight and really struggling with it. I have no idea why! I've lost 88 lbs so far, but can't break into the 160's .1 -

Purchased an inexpensive digital scale off Amazon this week. Hoping my weigh in is decent on Saturday. Although I think this scale is more accurate than my ancient analog sooooo I might be up instead of down. Hope not. Guess we wait and see. Really want to help the team out 🙂4

I have no idea how I even lost this week. I have messed up this week so bad. I worked over every day. Didn’t make it to my HIIT class at all. Didn’t run. Ate HORRIBLE. My youngest child started Kindergarten and I have been an emotional wreck all week, especially yesterday. My 9 yr old has been unusually upset all week bc he misses me now that I am working Full Time. I AM EMOTIONALLY EXHAUSTED AND DRAINED. I thought for sure I had gained 4 lbs.4 -

Boo! I'm critically anemic. Close to needing an iron blood transfusion. Doctor thinks it's nutrition related. I had to add some calories back and foods I stopped eating. My weight loss has now slowed. Very frustrated!!!

Well got my digital scale. Thinking I may have been a little heavier to start as I jumped on the scale when I got it to set it up earlier in the weeks and I was 151.6. So sorry for just disapearing. Was an unexpected though summer, first too much work, than my wifes sister hanged herself. So been busy taking care of funeral, appartement, supporting my wife and her father and so on...
Back to work now, had my first wko in weeks yesterday. Since summer just exploded on me, I've gained a lot, but ready to commit again, so i'm back here for september.7
