Woohoo progress. And I even had subway for supper. Was worried about that extra carb bloat etc, so I walked a lot last night and cheered loud for my local football team and at game. Hope next week sees similar gains. Might get to my goal yet 😊7 -
sorry team ended up missing the weigh in will weigh in early this week as off again thursday till after the bank holiday. i must have hit my mid life crisis im off to a festival and camping first time in 30 years.2

Had a great vacation week and was doing OK then my father passed away. Gained 3 lbs, so far and expect there to be more. I tried to keep up with my exercise and limiting what I eat but the food just keeps showing up and I am tasting everything. I know I will get back to it but for now I will just breathe.5 -
