I finally weighed myself and as I suspected, I am at at plateau I am 55.8kg (122.7lbs) So, based on my experience, my last plateau lasted more than a few months. I really hope this time around, it will be a shorter period.
Went to a bigger town to get some groceries which my little town doesn't stock. It took us 45 mins to reach there. Kids wanted McDonalds and that's what we got. So, the total calories for today was around 1000 cals. As for water intake, so far, I only managed 1 litre. As for exercise, hopefully I can get in 30 mins later in the evening...fingers cross!
Nothing much happening today except that it has been raining since morning, non-stop
@volgirl1322 & @mistymeadows2005 - Yes, had fun meeting up with family and the food was glorious 🍲👪🍲👪😍😋 But, the party is over and its time to climb back up onto my weight loss wagon. Wish me luck🍀👍🙏

I am in my Week 50 right now and in 2 weeks time, I will be celebrating my 1 year of OMAD. Lots of people would be celebrating their achievement of hitting their UGW. But me, I went for buffets, family gathering surrounded by food and more food. Of course I hate gaining the weight but if you ask me to do it again, I will still choose to meet up with my family & relatives❤️👪
So, am back up on the wagon. Only ate around 1000 calories. Will exercise later on and hopefully get in 45 mins of it. Don't dare to weigh myself as I know that I will hate myself.
Let's see what my weight will be when I weigh-in on Sat... wish me luck🍀👍
Lord have mercy that food looks so good. If we had a Korean buffet here... I would eat them out of business. So would all the other Koreans here too which is probably why one hasnt opened :P lol

Its the school holidays now and kids are with us 24/7... lots of screaming, shouting, arguing, fighting...but I guess that's what I get for having kids ...but I love them to the moon and back I managed to lower my calories today so that I can loose those weight that I gained during my 2 days overload eating. As for exercises, I decided to do some kickboxing cardio today and good golly...nearly fainted after 35 mins of it. I stopped as I didn't want to over-do it. The whole workout is 45 mins...I will get there. As for my liquid intake, 2 litre of water and 2 pot of tea.
Kids want to have lunch with me tomorrow and they do not want me to eat anything spicy. So, tomorrow, my OMAD will be kids friendly...

I ate that for my OMAD and then the kids gave me a surprise and who can say no to ice-cream...
I stopped after that as I know if I continue eating, I will not loose any weight but surely gain more. So, the total calories for today is roughly 1000 cals. I also managed to do 30 mins of kickboxing cardio. As for liquid consumption, I managed to get in 1.5 litres of water and 1 pot of tea.
Hope that tomorrow, Friday will be a lower calorie day for me as my weigh-in is on Sat.

I truly hate myself right now coz I weigh-in this morning and Mr Scale gave me this number - 56.7kg / 124.7lbs.😞😭 So, now I have to work double hard to get back to the land of 55s. My body is really stubborn as once it tasted higher weight, it will hold on to it and will not loose the weight. 😭😭😭
Had a chat with a friend who is also a doctor and he said that maybe my body is telling me that this is the right weight for me. He said that I look gorgeous at this weight. I really am not happy with this weight though. I really want to be in the 50kg region. I will keep on trying till it moves downwards.

He might be right babe!!! At the end of the day you hafta be happy but I seem to be ending up like 10-15 full pounds heavier than I intended... I had to ignore the number and a:listen to my body and b: pay attention to what I want to look like rather than a mystical number I have my mind set on

Yeah thats hard. Although i did start to feel like that at being 155ish for like 3 months. I drastically lowered my calories now and it seems to be working - it did come with a pricetag though (insomnia and other things). So you either accept or not sure. Have you thought of reaching out to Joe? He has some good tips. Maybe you can think about taking a break or addressing this now.
I understand what the Dr and you are saying @mistymeadows2005 but when I look in the mirror, I am just not happy with what I see yet. I just need to get down to 50 and see how it goes from there. So, another roughly 7kg to go.
I think it's better for me to at least try and see how it goes @SoulSisterSoulBrother. I will try till my body says STOP, then at least I am satisfied, you know!?!
