Exercise: 2nd job
What a day! Job, dance, job, and I started doing UberEats Delivery. Didn't get home until after midnight. Back up at 5am. (Slept in, lol) Today, job, job immediately after, home, *maybe* relax for the night. I haven't checked my whole schedule for the day... because you know, coffee...2 -

Hey @BEASTFIELD314 and all, we are back from the Monterey Jazz Festival and no, I did not do as well as I would have like. My clothes are fitting a bit snugger than when I left. I'm not going to weigh myself until my scheduled day - this Friday. Give myself a chance to reboot and get back "at it".1

Exercise: went to the park again, but we got caught in a hellfire storm and downpour about 2.5 miles in and had to get off of the ridge line fast with all the lightening...we ran/slid the next 2 miles back.
Daily Goal: ISO: those self-lacing shoes and a hoverboard that doesn't catch on fire that we were promised in 1985. A shower (with soap this time) and some Netflix.

Long day for me today. Went to bed at a decent time, overslept this morning. Guess my body needed it. I don't have any other jobs going on tonight, but I have to still check the schedule. I think I have some soccer practice. Have a great day everyone!0 -

It's ok! It happens. Weight loss is NOT linear. You will go up and down. Have you had anything high in sodium that last few days? It could just be retaining water.0
