Serious note: I am thinking about dropping out for next month because I am fully planning on gaining 2 lbs for Thanksgiving....looking forward to AND planning it!! I don't think that it would be fair to all my team mates if I am not committed for that week. It is the one holiday that ALL my friends and family come in for and everyone ends up at my house (apparently, I am a good cook) Still debating though, since we usually have it on the Tues before which is the day of my weigh in, so I would have the entire week to get it back down....7000 calories in one day...I can do it just you wait!

I strained my lower back helping a friend move Saturday and I need to let it recover before doing any more strength training...but cardio alone gets boring...I am hoping the weather is good this week so i can do some walking outside...at least that stays interesting.

Still at 149. BUT, that was a huge plateau to break 159. So I’m content at the moment.
