    Just wanted to also share that the last week has been full of junk.. I have had pizza, mac n cheese, cereal, sweet tea, chocolate milk- all things which I have been staying away from.. I went over a couple of days but not by a whole lot. This is why I didn't have a loss and I feel so bad. Going to try and close out the rest of the month making better choices! Hope you all are well!

    Goals-entering only verified into mfp diary. Didn’t track as carefully today with the busy. Will try again tomorrow!!

    @mram3582 I'm worried it might be due to the stomach flu I had Monday. My weigh day is Tuesday so I may have been a little dehydrated! But thank you for noticing and I'm sure when I weigh next time I'll be humming that tune in my head 😊

    My free food would be guacamole!!

    Well, I failed last night. I was under calories and doing good until we got a CERT call for a missing woman. So, after walking around for 3hrs and being really cold, we found her at her aunt's house. I came home and ate everything in sight about 600 calories worth. I didn't count the exercise because I didn't have my heart rate up consistently...it was very cold though. I was glad that the woman turned up because she was mentally challenged, got in a fight with her parents and left barefoot with a nightgown. It turned out ok though. <3

    @mram3582 Wow, that's quite a night! Glad she was found safe. As for you, we all have those days where we just don't get it right or it doesn't go according to plan, but it's what you do next that matters! One of my favorite quotes is from Thomas Edison--"I have not failed, I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." You didn't fail, you just found a way that won't work, you only fail if you stop trying!
