I'm hoping to lose 30 lbs! Feel free to add me, I need/want all the support and tips I can get! I was wanting to lose the weight at a faster rate, but after reading ur post I feel encouraged to do it the right way now! I am breastfeeding& plan to do so until my son is round 8 months! So, in the mean time I plan to stop eating late at night, & try to decrease my sugar/fat intake!0 -

Getting closer to goal . Finally went through my closet and got rid of all remaining maternity and/or "fat" clothes I had left. It really felt good to do that! I'd say 98% of my prepregnancy clothes fit comfortably now, the remaining few items that are a bit snug should fit fine when I drop the last few lbs (funny how a five lb loss when you are close to goal makes such a big difference!). Hello postpartum moms, been a while since I last checked in! Was hoping that by now I would be a size small and that my butt, belly and thighs would be toned but I am so soft and flabby. On the upside as of this morning I am officially under pregnancy weight and little one is 10 months today. I was steadily seeing the scale go down while I was logging but then I stopped logging at the beginning of the year and my weight has been on a standstill. I go on vacation in exactly 30 days and I am starting a 30 day program today that I hope helps get rid of a few lbs and maybe an inch of this belly! Really going to try logging too, Hope everyone is doing well♡

Since jan 8th i've lost 18lb.
Only 4lbs to go to pre pregnancy weight but my main goal is to reach the weight I was before I gained a stone the winter before becoming pregnant which is 14lbs away.0 -
she will be 13m tomorrow and down to 135lbs from 204 a few days before she was born now. So 70lbs. (pre pregnancy had went form 212 to 150)2

I'm neither logging nor am I doing intentional exercise. I'm breastfeeding and I'm carrying her around in a wrap or a buckled carrier. I might start logging again if my weight stays the same or creeps up. I'll start exercising again (walks) next week. And I'll hit the gym again at 6 weeks PP.2 -

I'm really looking to take off this last fifteen to twenty pounds, but overall just want to feel good in my clothing again. I live in a very hot state so I'd like to be comfortable wearing the usual summer outfits without feeling dumpy.
I'm also having my wedding ceremony in October, so I've got about seven months to get my but into gear and look like a SEXY MAMA IN WHITE. Lol, Please add, I'm always looking for fellow moms!1 -

Thank you! The crazy thing is I'm still not tracking my food intake. Breastfeeding gives me an insane deficit. So insane that I can eat whatever I want and still lose weight.
