    @tlgale the hallmark movies are the best!! My husband hates them 😆 The cheesier the better! I’m gonna have to check out Riverdale!

    Exercise: climbing up and down the ladder like 120 times putting up Christmas lights!
    Water: 60 oz or less ( more coffee than water today) 😳
    Goals/ day: Exhausted but got stuff done. Probably ate more crispy tacos than I should have for dinner tonight.

    just got back from a 10 mile walk was hoping for a bit more than that, my eaing hasnt been great not eating enough maybe need to go back to basics.

    Didn’t think I’d come out with a loss this week because I made Thanksgiving feasting my job 😆 I got back to not eating leftover pie on Saturday, cut my carbs down and started walking.

    @Vmfp2018 Great job turning things around so quickly after Thanksgiving!! It's not easy.

    Went out for dinner yesterday, as early birthday dinner for tomorrow, and that showed on scale, probably mostly bloated.
    Yesterday morning i was 99,5 kg and this morning it showed this, no way i gained 3 kg in 1 day...at least i hope not.

    This comming week will be hard to not eat too much. Tomorrow i get guests over for birthday, saturday and sunday... yikes! If next week i am lower, even by half a kg i am a very happy guy

    @Gustaaf85 No you definitely didn't gain 3kg in one day. Most likely just water weight.

    Only 1 lb left from Thanksgiving (and monthly bloat) and I'll be back on track! I think I learned my lesson come Christmas time.
