    I'm eating pie, and lots of carbs--- and I weighed in this morning and then went to the gym so I could enjoy the feast. Back on track tomorrow!

    Three birthday parties this week and a " I'm gonna eat what I want to eat " attitude yesterday had me gaining 4 pounds this week. Hopefully, I got it out of my system. Okay, after this pumpkin pie I'm enoying with my coffee while I am posting, I'm going to get serious.

    Calories under goal: Yes. I didn't eat particularly healthy today, but I was under goal
    Exercise: I didn't do any structured exercise today but I went grocery shopping and did a lot of chores around the house. My fitbit says I burned over 400 calories, which seems high.

    One of my goals prior to losing weight was to be able to bend over and tie my shoes. I can easily do that now.

    I am really hoping to be in the 170’s. Y the end of the year, which would be around 7 more pounds! I think it’s doable since is maintained this week so hopefully will survive the next holiday too! 🤞

    @Bm00re2u I say this a lot, but one day, even 2 isn't going to destroy all your progress, you just get back into it and move on...you may have to lose a couple of pounds again, but it's really not a big deal, remember, we're playing the long game here, we're going for lasting change and in the grand scheme of things, a couple days, a week even, over a year....you're still coming out on top, so get back in there, you got this! I'm super proud of you, you are already making plans to continue on and get back on track! That's just awesome!

    @gemwolf110 If it makes you feel any better, it happens to all of us, sometimes we gain, it's a normal part of the process. You have to hang in there and make a plan to get on track or stay on track, even if it's small, but the key to losing weight over time is making small, sustainable changes over time. You'll get there :smile:
