Exercise:45 mins weight training, 15 min walk.
Comments: Today was a good day, didn't track but didn't go overboard either. Made dinner for my entire family, and as I was cleaning up, my garbage disposal died, so I'll be dealing with that tomorrow.
I'm sure I was over and I'll probably be fasting to make up a bit of the difference and also to start getting back into my routine again. It's been a tough week. I overate most of the weekend after my meet, but the rest of the week I did good, and sadly Aunt Flo (aka Shark Week) is visiting and it's been sort of hell. I haven't felt good, but I've been forcing myself to exercise and eat on plan (with the exception of today) and I'm not really sure of the reason it's been so hard this week, but it has been. I'm expecting a gain this week, I've been bloated all week and up on the scale, just happy it waited until after my meet, that would not have been good last week! I'm sure it's mostly water weight with that time of the month, hard to tell right now though. I really hope it magically takes care of itself by Saturday or I'll be posting the first gain in months, sadly, but it's only temporary I'll be good soon I'm sure6 -

Three birthday parties this week and a " I'm gonna eat what I want to eat " attitude yesterday had me gaining 4 pounds this week. Hopefully, I got it out of my system. Okay, after this pumpkin pie I'm enoying with my coffee while I am posting, I'm going to get serious.4 -

Calories under goal: Yes. I didn't eat particularly healthy today, but I was under goal
Exercise: I didn't do any structured exercise today but I went grocery shopping and did a lot of chores around the house. My fitbit says I burned over 400 calories, which seems high.
One of my goals prior to losing weight was to be able to bend over and tie my shoes. I can easily do that now.4 -

I am really hoping to be in the 170’s. Y the end of the year, which would be around 7 more pounds! I think it’s doable since is maintained this week so hopefully will survive the next holiday too! 🤞4 -

I guess all the cardio finally paid off. I have a long work week this week - I’m going to try to stay disciplined and get to 135 by next weekend. Which just happens to be my birthday!

@gemwolf110 If it makes you feel any better, it happens to all of us, sometimes we gain, it's a normal part of the process. You have to hang in there and make a plan to get on track or stay on track, even if it's small, but the key to losing weight over time is making small, sustainable changes over time. You'll get there2 -

Hi everyone I know it's been a minute since I post but I've been hanging with family but I'm proud to say that I have been tracking and staying under my calories even with e as ting keto friendly butter pecan ice cream not overdoing it as I only have 4 teaspoons at a time less than the serving amount so I stay under my carbs which I keep track with the Macros. I did make the butternut squash casserole which came out so delish and tonight I'm having mock mash potatoes with cauliflower.
I have one more day here in NC and I'll be back home in NYC Monday evening around 11pm so I'll jump on the scale then. I just pray to God that all my sacrifice paid off, I'll be so mad if I didn't lose any weight after I resisted sweet potatoes pies and my sister made 24 of them, cake, pizza and all the other high carbs foods although I did have 3 small helpings of regular mac and cheese my only cheat.5 -
