YAY! My medicine must be working now! I can't believe I lost 9 pounds in a week! So glad. Got to go in today and get a blood test to check up on the meds and my sodium levels. Hopefully they rose.4 -

@kazunomiya That's the thing, a lot of people shy away from sodium, but the body does need it, and everyone in different amounts. I get headaches if mine's too low, or I feel sick even. And if you eat low carb, you tend to not retain it so much, so you really need to consume more of it.
I'm so glad that you're doing better and that is an amazing loss, one that proves you're doing what your body needs. Our bodies have a funny way of letting us know when we're not doing what it needs us to.

Comments: Weighing in at 181.8ish. Was on track last night. Going to try to do the same tonight. Really want to go lower with my weight by the end of the month if possible. I've been really bad on my water intake recently. The fountain at the library I usually study in is broken so that's the culprit.4 -

Comments: Had kind of a bad day emotionally today. But pretty good health-wise. And that makes me feel better. If I was over my calories I know it would have made the day ten times worse so I'm happy. Dinner might have been high on sodium but we'll see when I weigh myself tomorrow. Finals are coming up fast so I need to start studying for those.3 -

My daily stats- I’m prepacked and ready to go to work. Hoping work is chill tonight. 🤞🏻

Exercise: 60 min weights and cardio
Not sure I am going to hit my goal of a lb less on Saturday.
With all the weight sessions I’m doing- my lbs are holding steady! Hopefully I’m building more lean muscle. But that last few lbs of FAT on the belly and waist needs to goooooo! Argh. Don’t know what else to do - I’m under my calories allllllll the time- i exercise at least 4 days we week.
I guess keep working at it?2 -
