Exercise:Yes, 149 mins weight training, 20 mins walk
Comments: Today, I did my workout from yesterday and my workout from today, so I did 2 weight training sessions, 1 in the morning and 1 after work, and took a 20 min walk on my lunch break instead of eating, thought it would make my life easier if I wasn't sitting around doing nothing and I was right, it did.4 -

I will get straightened out here! Coming into my hardest time of year when I have gained 10 pounds between Christmas and January! I do not plan on repeating that!3 -

Comments: This is the lowest I've been for a LONG time. We're talking years. Was a good few days. I didn't get to my goal weight but at least I went down. And I'm currently in a state of motivation so I have a good feeling about the next few weeks.5 -

I won't lie, I had a rough week. I've been working over 12 hours a day and have crucial presentations coming next week, so I will be working this weekend as well. My sleep has been limited, and eating habits have gone down hill. Exercise is almost none existent (went once or twice this week). Energy is at an all time low, so after spending time with my kids in the evenings, I just crash.
My keys were locked in my car Thursday, so I lost some study time since my books were in the car. My husband was able to get them out, but I felt bad because he works overnight and had to pop open my car after his long shift. It wasn't a big deal to him at all, but I still felt bad since he was exhausted and had been working his butt off all week too.
The cherry on top of this "wonderful" cake is that I found out my scale was not working properly, and my weight was showing lower than I actually am. I found out when i went to the dr and saw my weight (which I thought was wrong), then compared to my mom's scale. Needless to say I got a new scale that is working. It was about 4 lbs off, so I was bummed. I did still gained a pound this week not related to the scale issue, so I gotta turn this all around.
Sorry for the negative post, but had to vent. I'm going to turn things around. Was reluctant to join the December BLC because my December schedule looks crazy, but I'm going to do it and set reasonable goals.
Going to work out this morning, then start working. I hope everyone enjoys the weekend 💪6 -

Exercise: Yes, Walking
Comments: Terrible day--- multiple holiday parties have me completely off plan and waaaay over calories. Did not plan well and ate whatever was there. Gotta get back on board tomorrow..... one more party we are leaving for at 6pm--- I am only having a drink there---no food, and I'm not budging on that bc I ate enough junk by 3pm--- disappointed in myself, but I am starting fresh tomorrow, without fail.2 -

Exercise: Not intentionally but a lot of walking. Had an event last night.
Comments: Guys, I weighed in at 179.5 this morning! That puts me at a 29.9 BMI and no longer in the Obese category! I know I'm still overweight but this is a big milestone for me! I haven't been this low since high school!! It feels good!3 -
